Highgate Project

PROJECT

A North London family home, nestled in the leafy streets of The Holly Lodge Estate, Highgate.  The house was built in the early 20th century on land once owned by the philanthropist Angela Burdett-Coutts.

Laura Binns Interiors Ltd was appointed in 2019 to carry out a refresh and redesign of the interior, including the Interior design of living spaces and bedrooms including designing bespoke furniture and joinery.  Original decorative features of the house, such as the original parquet flooring, were retained and new interior features chosen to complement the original architecture.

The colour and materials palette were inspired by the beautiful green and leafy garden that surrounds the house and the surrounding area.  Furniture, fabrics and lighting were carefully selected to complement the existing interior, creating an inviting and harmonious space for the family to enjoy.

Full interior design services including; bespoke joinery, FF&E sourcing, procurement management.
